The Package
Four Modules to give you all the knowledge you need to become a proficient SCOAP Navigator
1. SCOAP Code - The Brain and Human Behaviour Explained
The SCOAP Code gives you the basics of brain science but uniquly combines this with multiple disciplines to give the full SCOAP model a complete model of human motivation and behaviour. This replaces multiple popular models and is the only such model developed.
2. SCOAP Profile - Measuring Human Needs
You will be one of the few people to have been fully inducted into SCOAP and now you learn how this can be measured with the SCOAP-Profile and how this can inform indivdual, team, and corporate development. You will then be licensed to use this in your practice.
3. The SCOAP Advantage - The Craft and Neuroscience of Leading High-Performing Teams
SCOAP gives us a comprehensive and powerful model for leadership. In the SCOAP Advantage we review the evidence of what high-performing teams need and give you the top points that you can use to engage with your clients.
4. The SCOAP Coach - A Meta-Model of Coaching
You will already be inducted into coaching – we show how SCOAP can give you a full explanation of why and how coaching works. This is therfore a meta-model of coaching. The only truly meta-model in existence.
Course Design
Starts on 1st September 2025
Online Modules
All modules are online and will be released on 1st September 2025.
The modules are deisgned to be covered in a maximum of 1 weekend full-time. They are concise enough to be studied quickly and in bite-sized chunks but include enough detail and references to be scientifically robust.
Group Live Q&A Webinars
There will be a live kick-off webinar and then each week there will be a live Q&A session wth Andy Habermacher on each module and everyone can take part and ask any questions.
This gives live interaction with Andy, the lead SCOAP researcher, but also with other talented coaches and trainers. These will be recorded and shared.
Personal Webinars
Each participant receives a 1-hour session with Andy Habermacher, lead SCOAP researcher, for each module.
This allow personalised questions, queries, discussion, and personalised application advice or coaching.
Certification Process
Each online course has a learning review and certification process. This ensures quality control, a learning review, and validation for your hard work.
Fully certified SCOAP Navigators will be listed on this website.
